Caroline joined the Ray White team in late 2008, becoming an Alan White Premier Club member in 2009, and earning numerous Recognition Awards for her success. Caroline’s background was Sales Training / Marketing in the Motor Industry based in Melbourne and London, a wonderful foundation to kick start her career in real estate. She very quickly proved her sales ability having the opportunity to open the Belle Property Barrier Reef office in 2001, selling premium property in the Port Douglas area. Ray Group offered Caroline the challenge of selling luxury homes off-plan at Balé Resort in 2004, and she was the highest selling agent in the office over 3 years.
